File Your Claim with GEICO
Call GEICO at 1-800-841-3000 or file through the GEICO mobile app. The app allows you to submit photos of the damage for a faster initial estimate.
Get Your Claim Number and Adjuster Info
GEICO will assign a claim number and connect you with an adjuster. Save your claim number and adjuster contact information for reference.
Choose MLUX Auto Body as Your Repair Shop
GEICO may suggest their ARX network shops — but you always have the right to choose your own shop. Tell your adjuster: "I want MLUX Auto Body at 1919 S La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles."
Drop Off or Schedule Free Towing
