How to File Your USAA Claim
Getting your car repaired at MLUX with a USAA claim is straightforward. Follow these steps:
File Your Claim with USAA
Call USAA at 1-800-531-8722 or file through the USAA mobile app. USAA members can also start a claim online at usaa.com. The USAA app makes photo submission fast and straightforward.
Get Your Claim Number and Adjuster Details
USAA will assign a claim number and pair you with an adjuster. Save this information — you will share it with us when you bring in your vehicle.
Tell USAA You Choose MLUX Auto Body
When your adjuster asks which shop you prefer, choose MLUX Auto Body at 1919 S La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90034. USAA may suggest their preferred shops, but the choice is always yours.
Drop Off Your Vehicle or Schedule Free Towing
Drive your car to MLUX or call (323) 909-4384 for complimentary towing. We serve military families across the greater Los Angeles area and can arrange pickup from base housing or your home.
MLUX Manages Your Entire USAA Claim
