No insurance company — including State Farm — can require you to use a specific shop or steer you toward their preferred network. How to File Your State Farm Claim
Getting your car repaired at MLUX with a State Farm claim is straightforward. Follow these steps:
File Your Claim with State Farm
Call 1-800-STATE-FARM (1-800-782-8332) or file through the State Farm mobile app. You will receive a claim number — keep this handy.
Get Your Claim Number
State Farm will assign a claim number and may schedule an inspection. Write down your claim number and the name of your adjuster.
Tell State Farm You Choose MLUX Auto Body
When asked which shop you want to use, tell your adjuster: "I choose MLUX Auto Body at 1919 S La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90034." You have the legal right to choose any shop.
Bring Your Car to MLUX or Schedule Free Towing
Drive your vehicle to our shop during business hours, or call us at (323) 909-4384 to arrange complimentary towing if your car is not drivable.
We Handle Direct Billing with State Farm
Once your vehicle is at MLUX, we take over. We coordinate with your State Farm adjuster, handle all paperwork, order OEM parts, and bill State Farm directly. You pay only your deductible (if applicable).
