File Your Claim with Progressive
Call Progressive at 1-800-776-4737 or file through the Progressive mobile app or website. You can also start your claim through the Progressive chatbot for immediate assistance.
Receive Your Claim Number
Progressive will assign a claim number and may schedule a virtual or in-person inspection. Keep your claim number, adjuster name, and contact details for reference.
Select MLUX Auto Body as Your Repair Facility
Tell your Progressive adjuster you choose MLUX Auto Body at 1919 S La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90034. Progressive may suggest their network — but the choice is legally yours.
Bring Your Vehicle In or Request Free Towing
Drive to MLUX during business hours or call (323) 909-4384 for complimentary towing. We will begin our own detailed inspection as soon as your vehicle arrives.
